WEEKLY CHECK INS

You will receive a check-in sheet to complete each week, allowing us to collect your data for review during your weekly calls. We offer logging options for both macro tracking and non-tracking nutrition plans. Not tech-savvy? Don’t worry—we have plenty of ways to gather the data we need to help you make progress toward your goals.
