This program focuses on laying a foundation of strength that you will build upon in our other training programs. $29/month

This program is for you if you have been training for at least 6 months and feel comfortable with most movements and exercises that you’ve been doing. Barbell work is included in this program, however, substitutes are offered. We offer Train with Us Home and Train with Us Gym. You will be doing the same workouts alongside us! $29/month

Strong in three
3 DAYS OF LIFTING/WEEK + 2 OPTIONAL CONDITIONING DAYS. Our Strong in 3! (Home) program is for you if you have been training for at least 3 months, are looking to increase your muscle and strength, and you have 3 days to dedicate to lifting each week. Offered for at home or at the gym.

You can jump into the program on the Monday following your purchase.

Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Pull Up Bar, Bench/Incline Bench. Some programs use a barbell, but we offer substitutes.
Our programming is for those who work out at home as well as the gym. We offer a list of substitute exercises if you do not have a certain piece of equipment. And you can always message us.

YES! We recommend that you start with our Foundations program first. Once you have completed this you will be ready to jump into any of our other programs.

Our programs are set up as reoccurring monthly charges. You will be billed on the same day and on the same card that coincides with your sign up date.
